Sandrea Lawler is a full-time board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner that joined Alabama Psychiatry in January 2023. She is currently practicing at the new JBS Crisis Care Center and the Cooper Green Mental Health Clinic in Birmingham. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology and Chemistry from Miles College in 2001, Associate Degree in Nursing from Virginia College in 2011, Master of Science in Nursing Education from Capella University in 2017, and her Post Graduate Certification in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from the University of South Alabama in 2021. Sandrea comes to the group with 20 years of Mental Health experience in various healthcare settings. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, reading, and shopping.
