Susan Bettis, MSN, PMHNP-BC, is a full time board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with Alabama Psychiatry. She has experience in treating patients with psychiatric disorders across the lifespan and across practice settings, from hospitals to outpatient clinic. She has a range of experience combining psychiatric-mental health, medical-surgical, mother-baby, and emergency room nursing.
Susan received her Associate Degree in Nursing from Wallace Community College in 2001; Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from the University of South Alabama in 2005; Master’s Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama in 2017 with specialty in family and psychiatric nursing.
She is currently working as a full time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner for Alabama Psychiatry at Grove Hill Memorial Hospital since 2017.
